A Trusted Global Force in Flexible Packaging Technology Since 2001
Established in 2001 and situated in the Jiedong District of Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, Jieyang Yuanzhong Printing Co., Ltd. has spent over two decades pioneering advanced gravure printing and flexible polymer lamination systems. We are a specialized private enterprise committed to high-performance packaging fabrication, engineered barrier structures, and precise graphic decoration.
Our manufacturing ecosystem features premium Japanese import machinery, including the state-of-the-art Japan Komori fully automatic printing production lines. This infrastructure operates in conjunction with high-speed solventless laminators, precision slitters, and automated pouch-forming lines. Through strict production synchronization, we achieve a consistent monthly volume of over 240 tons of premium flexible packaging films and preformed bags, serving top-tier companies across food processing, medical supplies, consumer goods, and agricultural sectors worldwide.
In modern supply chain architectures, packaging is no longer just a container; it is a critical component for product preservation, safety, and brand value. Sealed plastic packaging plays an essential role in reducing global waste, extending shelf-life, and preventing biological and chemical contamination. Driven by changing consumer habits, fast-growing e-commerce sectors, and strict regulatory standards, the international market demands specialized, high-barrier flexible materials that offer excellent performance under tough transit conditions.
Different industries have specific technical requirements for packaging:
To meet these demands, we design custom multi-layer structures. By combining different polymer layers, each pouch is optimized for specific barrier and mechanical properties.
We use EVOH, PVDC, and thin aluminum foil (Al) layers to block oxygen, light, and aroma transmission, preserving product freshness over long storage periods.
Outer layers of BOPET, BOPA (Nylon), or BOPP provide excellent mechanical strength, puncture resistance, high print quality, and temperature stability.
Our inner sealant layers, including metallocene PE (mPE), Cast Polypropylene (CPP), or custom EVA-modified copolymers, ensure low-temperature sealing, strong bonding, and leak prevention.
This technical approach allows us to supply highly customizable solutions, from coffee film rolls to durable liquid spouted pouches, ensuring safe distribution globally.
Our complete production flow integrates premium quality checks at every stage, ensuring consistent and reliable output.
Our primary printing method is gravure printing, a high-speed roll-to-roll process known for its ability to produce rich ink layers, vibrant colors, high saturation, and long-lasting plates. By using precision-engraved steel cylinders, we apply ink directly to the film web, achieving clean graphic execution and consistent registration even at high speeds.
Following the printing phase, films undergo solventless or dry-bond lamination (Composite), where multiple layers are combined. The laminated material is then processed through high-speed slitting machines to cut rolls to exact widths, before entering the automated bagging (pouch forming) phase to produce shapes like stand-up pouches or side-gusseted bags. Finally, every batch is carefully inspected and secured during the packing phase, ready for global shipping.
Environmental responsibility is reshaping the global flexible packaging market. With plastic tax regulations and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) programs growing worldwide, brands need packaging that is easier to recycle.
Yuanzhong Pack is at the forefront of this shift, offering sustainable material solutions designed to support circular economy goals:
We know that every product has its own unique packaging requirements. That is why we provide complete customization options across all design and material specifications:
Our gravure printing processes deliver high-fidelity printing up to 10 colors. We also offer matte, gloss, and spot-UV finishes, as well as clear viewing windows for added shelf appeal.
We integrate high-performance features like press-to-close zippers, hook-and-loop closures, tear notches, degassing valves for coffee packaging, and ergonomic carry handles.
Our quality control protocol includes gas chromatography testing to check for solvent residues, tensile strength testing, bubble leak checks, and drop tests to verify seal durability.
Building global connections and showcasing our packaging solutions at leading international events.
A testament to our long-term commitment to quality and manufacturing reliability.

For initial customized orders, the typical lead time is 15 to 21 days. This timeline includes cylinder engraving, printing, multi-layer dry lamination, curing, and final slitting or pouch fabrication. Re-orders with no artwork modifications generally have a shorter lead time of 10 to 14 days, depending on our current production schedule.
We use multi-layer high-barrier structures incorporating PET, VMPET, EVOH, and pure Aluminum Foil (AL). We test every production batch using oxygen transmission rate (OTR) and moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) analyzers to verify barrier performance, ensuring your products remain fresh and protected throughout their shelf life.
Yes. We produce high-performance barrier packaging specifically engineered for medical and hygiene products, such as alcohol prep pads. We construct these films with high-chemical-resistance outer layers and specialty inner sealants like Surlyn or modified linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) to prevent chemical corrosion and packaging leakage.
We manufacture durable Doypack stand-up pouches and spouted bags ranging from 50ml to 5L capacity. These pouches are constructed with high-puncture-resistance materials (including BOPA/Nylon) and feature reinforced seals to prevent leaks during shipment and storage.
Absolutely. All materials, including raw polymer resins, dry laminating adhesives, and printing inks, comply with FDA and European Commission Directive regulations for food contact. We conduct regular migration testing to ensure our packaging is safe for food products.
