For products that are sensitive to oxygen and moisture (like milk powder, pet food, and protein supplements), we recommend using multi-layer laminated films. A common high-barrier structure includes PET / AL / PE or PET / BOPA / PE. The Aluminum (AL) or BOPA layer provides an excellent barrier against gas, moisture, and light, while the Polyethylene (PE) layer provides strong thermal sealing characteristics and durable zipper integration.
2. How do you test the reliability and strength of the zipper seal?
