Explore our factory-direct customizable pouches and high-barrier roll films engineered for optimal freshness, structural integrity, and maximum retail shelf appeal.
Established in 2001, Jieyang Yuanzhong Printing Co., Ltd. has developed into a preeminent player in the global packaging printing sector. Located in the industrial hub of Jiedong District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, our private enterprise brings together over two decades of highly specialized manufacturing expertise and innovative packaging design.
Yuanzhong Pack specializes in high-fidelity packaging decoration printing alongside the comprehensive production and precise processing of multi-layered plastic packaging bags. We have invested heavily in our manufacturing capabilities, integrating industry-leading equipment such as Japan's Komori fully automatic printing lines. Operating under strict global quality frameworks, our production runs achieve a monthly output exceeding 240 metric tons, allowing us to supply large-scale corporate demands while maintaining stringent batch consistency.
Our competitive advantage lies in our design flexibility and dynamic customization. We provide tailored high-barrier material formulations, unique sizes, shapes, and complex functional closures. Today, our international distribution infrastructure spans across more than 30 countries, reflecting our steadfast dedication to compliance, quality assurance, and customer-focused engineering.
Analysing the critical transition from traditional rigid packaging to custom flexible stand-up pouches across global commercial, medical, and industrial sectors.
The global packaging sector is undergoing a profound structural shift. According to recent market reports, the demand for flexible pouches is growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.8%, outperforming traditional glass, metal, and cardboard alternatives. This growth is driven by three main factors: substantial logistics cost savings, enhanced shelf space optimization, and advancements in barrier material chemistry.
By transitioning from rigid containers to lightweight, multi-layered flexible pouches, brands can reduce overall packaging weight by up to 70%. This directly reduces transportation fuel costs, optimizes warehouse space, and lowers carbon emissions across the supply chain. In addition, developments in oxygen and moisture barriers have extended the shelf-life of products without requiring excessive chemical preservatives.
Modern flexible pouches must comply with strict food-contact regulations. Products manufactured at our facility conform with US FDA standards, EU food safety regulations (EC No. 1935/2004), and BRCGS requirements. Our high-barrier polymers prevent chemical migration, ensuring food safety and product purity for international markets.
Our custom laminate structures are engineered to handle high-puncture stresses (such as sharp kibble in pet food packaging or heavy granular contents). By combining BOPA (nylon) with tough LLDPE and aluminum barriers, our pouches maintain their seal integrity throughout long-distance transit and handling.
Designed with a bottom gusset, these pouches stand upright on store shelves, maximizing branding space. Ideal for snacks, cereals, pet food, and retail-ready dry goods.
Equipped with customizable fitments, resealable caps, and anti-choke designs. Excellent for beverages, purées, sauces, cosmetics, and liquid detergents.
Flat 3-side seal or pillow pouches designed for dry goods, single-serve powders, or medical accessories requiring sterile packaging conditions.
Our state-of-the-art production workflow incorporates advanced rotogravure printing, multi-ply lamination, and automated bag conversion.
High-speed rotogravure technology creates crisp, high-definition graphics and precise brand colors.
Multi-layer dry lamination combines PET, Foil, Nylon, and PE films for custom barrier properties.
Automated high-speed slitting cuts wide rolls into accurate narrower widths for bag forming.
Computer-controlled machines form bottom gussets, seals, zippers, and spouts with high precision.
Rigorous quality control inspections are followed by dust-free palletization for export.
Developing next-generation mono-materials and intelligent functional barriers to support global corporate sustainability targets.
100% Recyclable Solutions
Traditional multi-material pouches (PET/AL/PE) are difficult to recycle due to their bonded incompatible layers. Our technology roadmap features MDO-PE (Machine Direction Oriented) laminated with sealing-grade PE. This creates a mono-material structure that can be recycled in standard PE recycling streams without losing its mechanical properties.
Metal-Free Barrier Protection
To reduce dependence on heavy aluminum foil layers and improve recyclability, we utilize EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) co-extruded films and AlOx (Aluminum Oxide) coated barriers. These materials provide high clarity, allowing consumer visibility of contents, while matching the oxygen transmission rate (OTR) of foil.
Logistics Traceability
We are integrating track-and-trace features such as serialized QR codes directly into the surface print. This enables brands to monitor real-time distribution metrics, trace supply chain logistics, and offer consumers verification of authenticity and fresh sourcing.
Compared to rigid HDPE bottles or tin plate cans, flexible stand-up pouches achieve significant environmental advantages over their lifecycle:
Connecting with business partners and displaying our manufacturing innovations in over 10 countries.
Trusted by more than 20 prominent regional and global brands for consistent high-barrier performance.

In-depth responses to frequent technical and logistics questions regarding flexible packaging manufacturing.
For products utilizing aluminum foil barriers, the OTR is virtually zero (less than 0.1 cc/m²/24h). In foil-free high-barrier structures (using EVOH or AlOx-coated PET), we achieve OTR rates below 1.5 cc/m²/24h. This ensures sensitive products, such as infant formula or premium pet food, are protected from oxidation and maintain their nutritional value.
We use localized ultrasonic sealing and thermal welding equipment. Each batch undergoes rigorous burst testing and continuous pressure-drop monitoring to verify seal strength. This process ensures spouted pouches can withstand shipping pressures without leaking or failing.
Yes. We offer fully recyclable pouches made from oriented polyethylene (MDO-PE) laminates. These match the barrier performance of multi-material pouches while meeting SPI Code 2 recycling standards. This enables compliance with environmental regulations in North America and Western Europe.
Our standard MOQ is typically 10,000 to 20,000 units per design variant, depending on dimensions and structural complexity. This MOQ allows us to run our high-speed rotogravure presses efficiently while keeping unit costs low. For new product trials, we can discuss custom pilot runs.
